MENYELARASKAN PANGGILAN DAN PROFESI: PENDEKATAN TEOLOGI KERJA KRISTEN DALAM SPIRITUALITAS KESEHARIAN

Abstrak

This research explores how Christian work theology can help individuals align their spiritual calling with their profession in the context of everyday spirituality. Using a qualitative and library research approach, this study examines relevant literature to identify central themes and key concepts in the theology of work. The research results show that work done with integrity and sincerity can be a form of worship and service to God. Strategies such as developing supportive communities, training in integrating faith and work, and strengthening spirituality through personal devotion have proven effective in facing professional challenges. This research concludes that a theology of work significantly benefits individual well-being, enriches church communities, and helps create a positive and ethical work culture.
