This research examines the integration of philarchy and Pentecostal theology in the church leadership model and its impact on the sustainability of the church community. Using a qualitative approach and constructive theological methods, this research involved in-depth interviews with church leaders and congregations in several Pentecostal churches. The results show that a leadership model that combines a leadership structure based on family relationships with profound spiritual experiences successfully creates robust, harmonious, and sustainable communities. Applying filarchy principles, such as close interpersonal relationships, emotional and spiritual support, and active congregational participation, has increased congregational involvement and commitment. In addition, rich spiritual experiences through prayer, worship, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit enrich the congregation's spiritual life. Transparency, accountability, and leadership are examples of things that are essential to creating a positive and healthy church culture. In conclusion, integrating philarchy and Pentecostal theology in church leadership can be an effective model for facing the times' challenges and ensuring the church community's sustainability.
