Abstrak

This research explores the influence of interpersonal skills on women's leadership effectiveness. Interpersonal skills such as effective communication, empathy, listening, and building strong working relationships are crucial in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. The research also identified challenges faced by women leaders, including gender bias, social stereotypes, and the double burden of work and family responsibilities. Research suggests various development strategies to address these challenges, including mentoring programs, specialized training, and support from professional networks and organizations. The qualitative research method with a library research approach involves an in-depth analysis of various literary sources. The research results show that female leaders who master interpersonal skills tend to be more successful in leading diverse and inclusive teams, increasing job satisfaction and team performance, and forming a more positive and collaborative organizational culture. This research contributes significantly to the academic literature on women's leadership and offers practical recommendations to support the development of more effective women leaders in the future.
