Abstrak
In complex church leadership, leaders must have good managerial skills, high integrity, and deep spiritual maturity. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collected data through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of church documents. The results showed that church leaders' internalization of the fruit of the Spirit resulted in significant character transformation, with love, joy, and peace at the core of their actions. The congregation trusts and respects leaders consistent in their words and deeds and transparent in their actions. Leaders who bear the fruit of the Spirit are more effective in decision-making, conflict management, and providing spiritual support. Positive impacts are also seen in the congregation's spiritual maturity, which shows better spiritual growth and active involvement in church activities. This research emphasizes the importance of developing spiritual maturity for church leaders to improve the quality of church leadership and service.
