Abstrak

The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the world with unprecedented and profound impacts, creating crises in health, economy, and social sectors. Amid this uncertainty, many believers seek meaning and comfort in the doctrine of Divine providence, which describes how God sustains and governs everything to achieve a good purpose. This research explores how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the understanding and experience of believers regarding Divine providence and its impact on their spiritual lives. Through narrative analysis and personal testimonies, it was found that acts of solidarity, prayer, philanthropy, and interfaith collaboration demonstrate the manifestation of God's providence. Churches and religious communities are vital in providing material and spiritual support. The study shows that Divine providence can be experienced through concrete humanitarian actions, strengthening the belief that God works through individuals to achieve good purposes. The findings enrich our understanding of the dynamics of faith in facing crises and inform more responsive and empathetic religious practices.
