Focus and Scope
Matheo: Jurnal Teologi/Kependetaan is a scholarly journal that focuses on contemporary issues related to theological thought and pastoral ministry practices within the church, both in global contexts and within Indonesia.
The journal aims to develop and enrich theological scholarship that demonstrates academic excellence, contextual relevance, and practical contributions to the church, society, nation, and the global community. Therefore, Matheo: Jurnal Teologi/Kependetaan welcomes submissions from academics, researchers, theologians, pastors, and ministry practitioners from various Christian denominational backgrounds.
The journal publishes research articles, conceptual studies, and theological reflections focusing on biblical studies, church history, Christian doctrine, practical theology, Pentecostal studies, and contemporary theological issues. Scope of the Journal
Matheo: Jurnal Teologi/Kependetaan accepts manuscripts in the following areas:

Studies of the Old and New Testaments, including exegesis, hermeneutics, biblical theology, canonical studies, and the relevance of biblical texts for contemporary church life and ministry.
