Abstract

In a post-truth era, where objective facts are often denied and replaced by personal beliefs or emotions, Christian leadership faces significant tests in maintaining truth and integrity. This research analyzes the competencies and innovative approaches Christian leaders need to face these challenges. Required competencies include critical abilities in assessing information, communication ethics, emotional resilience, information literacy, and understanding of social media. Innovative approaches include wise use of technology and social media, information literacy programs, and integration of Biblical principles in congregational life. The results show that by developing these competencies and adopting innovative approaches, Christian leaders can maintain truth and integrity and build trust and transparency in their communities, becoming beacons of truth and hope in the post-truth era.
