Abstract
Through an entrepreneurial theology approach, this research explores the relationship between Christian faith and business practice. The research method used is qualitative with a case study design, relying on in-depth interviews and document analysis. The research results show that Christian values ??such as integrity, justice, and love play an essential role in the business decisions of Christian entrepreneurs. The faith-based innovations carried out by these entrepreneurs are not only financially profitable but also provide social and environmental benefits, strengthen customer loyalty, and build a positive company image. Despite challenges such as value conflicts and market pressures, Christian entrepreneurs can overcome these obstacles through support networks, training programs, and collaborative strategies. This research provides in-depth insight into how Christian theology can form a different entrepreneurial paradigm that integrates spiritual values ??in every stage of business and positively contributes to society and the environment. Thus, this research enriches the understanding of ethical and sustainable faith-based entrepreneurship.
