Main Article Content
Abstract
This study examines Moses' leadership regeneration model to Joshua and its relevance for contemporary church leadership, particularly in facing the challenges of globalization. Using the library research method, this study analyzes the Bible's leadership regeneration principles. It compares them with leadership practices in Pentecostal African churches, often characterized by nepotism and failures in discipleship. The results indicate that effective leadership regeneration requires the mental and spiritual readiness of the current leader, as well as the courage to entrust responsibilities to potential leaders based on individual qualities and competencies rather than familial relationships. The study recommends adopting a proactive and structured approach to leadership regeneration to ensure the sustainability and stability of the church in the era of globalization. Thus, the church can remain relevant and contribute positively to the ever-changing global society. Well-prepared leaders with strong vision and commitment can guide the church towards a brighter and more hopeful future.
