This community service program aims to increase awareness and understanding of Bethel Indonesia Seminary Dormitory students about the 'Friends with Benefits' (FWB) phenomenon through Christian ethical and psychological perspectives. Activities include seminars, workshops, group discussions, and counseling sessions facilitated by experienced Christian ethicists and psychologists. Evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys and in-depth interviews, significantly improved students' understanding and attitudes toward FWB relationships. The program also involves social activities and conflict resolution skills training, strengthening students' bonds and improving their social-cognitive skills. As a result, students become better able to face the moral and emotional challenges associated with FWB and promote healthy and meaningful relationships based on Christian values. This program prepares them to be wise and loving church leaders in their communities.
