MENUMBUHKEMBANGKAN KREATIFITAS MELALUI METODE BELAJAR PAIKEM DI SMP YP2TG KASIKAN

Active student learning is an important part that needs to be considered, because it relates to the success of the interaction between teachers and students. The facts found are the lack of active learning of students when learning online. This can be seen from the majority of students only listening to the teacher's explanation, students are sleepy in class, do not participate in various class activities, and are less active in responding. This study aims to explain the provision of motivation in increasing student learning activities. The researchers conducted this study using a collaborative qualitative descriptive method using journals, electronic books, and portfolio data during the community service and classroom action research as much as 2 cycles. The stages of research carried out include planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 29 odd students in 2020/2021 SMP YP2TG KASIKAN. The data obtained are in the form of documentation, observation, interviews, and learning outcomes tests. The results of this study showed that in the first cycle, the first meeting the learning achievement was 45% and increased at the second meeting to 60%. In the second cycle, learning achievement also increased at the third meeting to 75% and the fourth meeting by 82%. In this case, the achievement of increasing student learning outcomes exceeds the performance indicator, which is 80% so that learning is said to be successful.
