Abstrak

Leadership education for young generations at STT Bethel Indonesia Jakarta is a strategic effort to ensure the continuity of church ministry in the era of globalization. This program aims to develop young leaders with integrity, strong spirituality, and leadership skills based on servant leadership. The activity was conducted through seminars and mentoring sessions during Chapel, serving as a platform for theological reflection and character formation for students. Evaluation results indicate that 78 percent of the 231 participants understood and internalized the leadership concepts taught, while 22 percent only perceived leadership as something for the future. These findings highlight the need for follow-up programs to deepen leadership understanding in church ministry and practical service. Thus, leadership regeneration must continue through a holistic approach that integrates both theory and practice, ensuring that the church consistently has leaders prepared to face contemporary challenges.
