PENDIDIKAN SEKSUAL DALAM MENCEGAH KEKERASAN SEKSUAL BAGI GENERASI MUDA

Abstrak

This community service was carried out at a school to raise awareness about sexual violence among students. Sexual violence, which includes various forms of physical and verbal abuse, is a severe human rights violation and often goes unreported for reasons such as shame and fear of social stigma. Researchers from STT Bethel Indonesia provided training to school students regarding the dangers of sexual violence and the importance of maintaining ethics based on Christian teachings. Through seminars involving discussions, presentations, and question-and-answer sessions, students are invited to understand the importance of fighting sexual violence and taking care of themselves. This activity also involves tutors to support the learning process and ensure the school is safe and friendly for students. The results of this activity show an increase in students' awareness of sexual violence and the importance of their role in creating a safe and supportive environment. Thus, it is hoped that this service can have a positive impact in forming a generation that is more aware and concerned about the issue of sexual violence.
